Geraldine Carr

Geraldine Carr
My films involve matters of courage and the human heart. I marvel at the mystery of mankind’s inner strength – the will to live – sometimes against the greatest odds. The music of Astor Piazolla and the use of collage and visual effects (in transitions) in Julie Taymor’s film Frida, inspire and influence my work greatly. Dance of the Kaleidoscope was born of my desire to explore dancing a kaleidoscope, in sync, to a contemporary dance.
